Safiri Tours and Travels Refund Policy
At Safiri Tours and Travels, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and plans may change. That is why we have implemented a refund policy to ensure that our customers have peace of mind when booking a tour package with us.
Cancellation Policy:
- If a customer cancels their tour package more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, they will receive a full refund of their payment.
- If a customer cancels their tour package between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled departure date, they will receive a 50% refund of their payment.
- If a customer cancels their tour package less than 15 days before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided.
Refund Policy:
- If a customer is not satisfied with their tour package, they may request a refund within 7 days of the completion of their trip.
- Refunds will be processed based on the customer’s original method of payment.
- If a customer requests a refund, they will be required to provide written documentation outlining the reasons for their dissatisfaction.
- Safiri Tours and Travels reserves the right to deny a refund if it is determined that the customer’s dissatisfaction is not valid.
Weather Policy:
- In the event that a tour package is impacted by severe weather conditions, Safiri Tours and Travels will work with the customer to reschedule their trip or provide a refund.
- A full refund will be provided if the tour package is unable to be rescheduled.
Please note that all refunds are subject to a processing fee of 10%.
We recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
